Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because HK Solutions (Dev Codes) offers custom digital services (Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing), our refund policy is structured around the labor and time invested in your project.
Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice via email to support@devcodes.in.

If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, HK Solutions will retain the advance payment to cover the hours already worked and resources allocated.
Refunds

Advance Payments: Advance payments are strictly non-refundable once the initial design, wireframing, or development phase has begun.

Digital Marketing: SEO, Social Media, and Digital Marketing services are billed on a monthly retainer or campaign basis. We do not offer refunds for digital marketing services already rendered or campaigns that have already been executed.

Hosting & Domain: Any fees paid toward third-party domain registrations, web hosting, or premium plugins are entirely non-refundable.
