Welcome to Dev Codes. By accessing our website (https://devcodes.in/) and utilizing our web development, app development, or digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Service Agreement

  • All projects will be executed based on a mutually agreed-upon proposal or scope of work.

  • HK Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to any project that violates legal or ethical standards.

Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide necessary assets (text, images, logos, API access) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in project delays.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring they have the copyright to any materials provided to us for use in their project.

Payments

  • Payment milestones will be outlined in your specific project proposal.

  • Work will commence only upon receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment. Final deliverables/source code will be handed over only after full and final payment is cleared.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the copyright to the final website or app design. However, HK Solutions retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rewari, Haryana.
